The Lehigh Valley Phantoms Phan Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that clearance items and game-worn jerseys are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and that the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items you wish to return and include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix a shipping label to your package and send it to our returns department at the PPL Center, or visit the Phan Shop in person during store hours.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
