How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During the AHL season or following major team events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your gear is on its way.
Can I return or exchange items purchased online?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom jerseys and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are the jerseys sold online the same as the ones worn on the ice?
We offer both 'Replica' jerseys, designed for fan comfort and everyday wear, and 'Authentic' jerseys, which mirror the specifications and materials worn by the Phantoms players during games.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the Phan Shop ships to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my online order at the PPL Center?
Yes, we offer an 'In-Store Pickup' option at the PPL Center Phan Shop. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection during regular store hours.
